All visitors m ust carry a passport valid for at least 3 months after the end of your intended stay except:

- Nationals of Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, The Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Slovak Republic and Spain holding a national ID card

Documents needed

- Application form.
- Return/onward ticket and visa for next country of destination if required.
- 1 recent, passport-size photo.
- Passport valid for at least 3 months after intended visit.
- Fee
- Proof of sufficient funds in the form of a recent bank statement. The amount of 100 Swiss Francs per day is usual.
- For visitors staying with Swiss residents, a guarantee completed by the applicant and the resident, which must then be endorsed by the Aliens Police of the resident's canton.
