Do you need a visa?

Required by all except the following for stays of up to 90 days:

- Nationals of EU countries, Andorra, Argentina, Aruba, Australia, Bolivia, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Estonia, Guatemala, Honduras, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Japan, Korea (Rep. of), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands Antilles, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Poland, San Marino, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Switzerland, Uruguay, the USA, Vatican City and Venezuela;
- Transit passengers continuing their journey by the same or first connecting aircraft provided holding valid onward or return documentation and not leaving the airport. Check with your local consulate to see if you need a transit visa.

All visitors must carry a passport valid for at least 6 months

A few days to 6 weeks. We recommend that you apply in person to your local consulate.

Documents needed

- Application form.
- Fee for application
- 4 passport-size photos.
- Valid passport with 1 full blank page.
- Return travel tickets or itinerary and proof of payment for tickets.
- Letter from the school offering you a place on your chosen course
- Accommodation confirmation.
- A stamped, self-addressed, registered envelope if applying by post.
- Evidence of sufficient funds for stay, bank account photocopy.
