Reservation Process  
There are no hidden fees. Our service is totally free; in fact you will save 5% on every course you book through us. There is no catch we just believe in offering exceptional value for money coupled with excellent service. We are not a language school. We offer you the choice of over 450 schools that we have personally selected in order to give you the benefit of our detailed knowledge of every school. This ensures that we are totally independent and put your interests first.
  1. Choose your school and course.
    If you are not sure which course or school you would like just click the enquiry button or send an email to us here. We will be happy to advise you about what courses are best for you. If you do not find the course you are looking for in our extensive database email us, we will be happy to help advise you. We have many programs that are not yet published on the site.


  2. Complete the form with all your information


  3. We send your requirements to the school


  4. The school confirms back within 2 working days that they have availability or to suggest an alternative date/course if that is full. If you are a beginner make a note of the beginners dates on the course information page as it is very common that beginners courses do not run as often as all other courses.


  5. We email you to finalise your reservation.
    When you are completely happy with your booking we ask you to pay a reservation deposit. On payment of this you are completely booked on your chosen course. By paying this to One Stop Language you benefit from our 5% discount on all courses.


  6. You pay the deposit.
    Then the balance is due to the school usually at least 3 weeks before departure. In the event that you are booking very close to your departure date you will still pay the deposit then the balance to the school as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation you will be subject to the schools cancellation policy and will not have your deposit returned.
